Chips tasted microwaved and the donor meat tasted like it had been re heated from the night before. Used to be good here but gonw downhill since clearly. Only think worth the stars was the naan bread and cold drinks ?

The delivery was quick. I ordered a chicken balti with mushroom rice and it was really nice, until I found a hair in it … other than that the potatoes were cold inside.Definitely won’t order again because of the hair mostly. My friend really enjoyed his chicken wings though :)

We went after a night out and decided to sit in whilst waiting for our taxi as it was raining a guy behind the counter was constantly asking me questions like where I live and what I do not nicely more weird if anything. When we asked him to stop he carried on constantly getting more and more aggressive as we werent answering. the manager came over and told us if we didn't like it we can go somewhere else and that the security was there for our safety not his. The "security" did absolutely nothing and said that the only reason we were like that is because we're "salty". Overall I felt very uncomfortable during my time here and we felt as if no one was listening to how we didn't like constantly being asked personal questions about ourselves and made out as if we brought it on ourselves.

This place is like a girlfriend you keep going back to but you know she won’t change but you try to keep your hopes up. However it will never change.Sometimes chilli jacks can be the best place in town and sometimes it can be the worst.I have had chilli jacks for 5 years and I’m still trying to conclude if this place is really good or not.Firstly the nuggets and fries are amazing I love them honestly I have always loved their fries and nuggets they are so good.Their milkshakes are pretty good too they are very sweet and mashed together well.However their chicken naan wrap isn’t the best to say the least. The naan was hard and even burnt which tasted like shredded glass. The chicken also gave me really bad food poisoning.So what is the conclusion of this fairy tale that we call “chilli jacks hanley” well its not the best but its not the worst.Try it out for yourself and see.

Ordered chicken wings. They arrived 2 hours later. Wings were not cooked well. But the rice was shocking, it was plain boiled rice and really hard, probably cooked the previous day and just microwaved. I didn't eat the rice, chucked it away. If you can't cook something why do you have it on the menu or why are you even operating as a takeaway ? I don't think I'll ever order from this place again.

No wonder they have to offer 45% off.Awful service. Waited 1 and a half hours for food, still hadn't arrived. Phoned the restaurant to ask where it was, was told it was out for delivery. Asked why it didn't show on the app, told they couldn't be bothered to change it, asked how long it would be, they said 10 minutes, said if it wasn't here in that time we didn't want it, we were told we'd already paid for it, we told them we hadn't and the guy shouted to a colleague to not deliver our food, which we were told was already out for delivery.Rude from the beginning of the call. Won't be using again, even with the huge discount.
