The staff are so efficient and sitting in the garden or potting sheds whatever the weather all year around is just wonderful. Food is 5 star also and carer for many food variation like veggie/ Vegan/ dairy free etc . Dogs so welcome and treats for them too. Indoors is more dining room dining and less muddy boots Vibe, gets busy so book that part. Highly recommend. Parking gets so busy so plan to walk or cycle is a good option. Walk from Denstone along railway line makes a great walk with food as a treat before return walk.

Trentham Shopping Village, Willow, Stoke-on-TrentMy wife and I ate here for the first time. We loved the decor, and the outside seating was great too. The staff were exceptionally efficient, knowledgeable and friendly too. We soon, with a waitress' help, found a very tasty sounding dish on the menu, the Middle Eastern Bowl and, when served it was indeed very, very tasty, and we didn't think it expensive at all! We would certainly return there if we're ever in Stoke again.

The food is much more authentic and home-style, with dishes that are clearly aimed at those who enjoy traditional South Asian cooking rather than the standard curry house favourites. Everything we ordered was packed with flavour, freshly cooked and tasted like proper homemade food.
The curries were spot on and honestly I couldn't fault a single dish. The spices were balanced perfectly, the portions were generous and you could tell care had gone into every plate.
It's great to see a restaurant offering something beyond the typical British Indian menu and doing it so well. I'd highly recommend it to anyone wanting to explore authentic, home-style curries and try something a bit different. We'll definitely be back.

Waiting time exceeded 30mins plus and when it did arrive it was no where near the best, slot together stuffing virtually none existent on one half of the bread and the other half we'll not much better .
Chips were warm but most were hard and after mentioning it to Sandra she without hesitation replaced the chips , touch wood slightly better
I'm not one for leaving negative reviews but I do believe these issues need to be highlighted in the hope it doesn't happen again.
Staffs Abby and Sandra were great and couldn't be more helpful but I think a little advice on making sandwiches would be a good advantage.
I'm understand it's not a fast food restaurant but half and hour plus is pushing it a bit too far.as prices increase customers will become more picky and as a restaurant it needs to get it act together for the sake of the business.on the hole the atmosphere was great but sadly the meal was not eventful down to the cheese cake if the servings get any smaller it won't be worth having.
Traing required on how to make a sandwich and it would be a step in the right direction.

I've not been well and they have gone over and above to meet my dietary needs. I was unwell when I was there a few days ago and they were fabulous in taking care of me. I absolutely love the roof top terrace and have been 4 times since this opened. the staff are all polite, helpful and extremely professional. can't wait to return.

A young man working there noticed she was struggling with her food and, without hesitation, offered to help her back to the car. He didn’t make a fuss, didn’t make her feel uncomfortable — he just stepped in with genuine kindness and a smile. That sort of attitude is rare these days, and it meant the world to us.

A53, Stoke-on-TrentFour of us travelled up to visit Proctor's Nursery which is just down the road and initially wanted a coffee after over an hours drive up from our homes.
The pub had just opened for lunch and the menu looked interesting on what was a cold day so we decided to eat here. What a great choice! All meals home cooked and really tasty. Real value for money and pleasant surroundings. The chap behind the bar who served us was really helpful and looked after us without being intrusive.
There was certainly nothing left of the three steak pies and scampi that we had. Really enjoyable, tea and coffee good as well.
Will seriously look to visit here again on our next visit to Proctor's. Big thank you to the cook and the man in the bar.

Six Arches Restaurant
Trentham Shopping Village, Stoke-on-TrentVisited the Six Arches yesterday and enjoyed the experience. The board in front clearly explained what to do, eg choose a table, make note of the number and go and order and pay for your food when ready, we were told where the cutlery, serviettes and sauces were. Very pleasant lady took our order who also was cleaning our table on arrival. There were two ladies taking orders so no waiting needed. Another lady delivered our drinks and a different lady again brought the food. She interacted with the smiley baby with us. Sunday lunches, 1 beef, 1 pork loin were both lovely. The meat was very tender and large portions. I like lots of gravy and there was plenty and also carrots, parsnips, broccoli and red cabbage for veg as well as roasties. We used the loos which were clean and tidy.
All in all, a very pleasant visit and £17/18 for a good quality Sunday lunch is fine with me.

I had crème brûlée for my dessert, the small amount of it I had tasted nice but the top was soft and I just felt it had been mad in a rush.

I’ve never had food here before, but I was not disappointed- I decided on the chicken curry with rice and it was BEAUTIFUL. Delicious, hearty food, served by lovely staff and a nice relaxed atmosphere (a pleasant surprise for 6pm on a bank holiday weekend). Definitely plan to return & I can’t wait to try something different next time!!

The waitresses were very polite, efficient and nothing was too much trouble. The food was first class and thoroughly enjoyed by all. We can't wait to return but hopefully on a lighter night to enjoy the surrounding views.

We found the food very delicious and couldn't stop eating even when we were full! ? We ended up coming back in a few hours to pickup some more for dinner.

Had a few drinks and lovely fresh meal in the restaurant. The chicken goujons were huge and so fresh.

Bins were all full and tables were dirty. Felt like the place hadn't been cleaned properly and we were at the restaurant at lunchtime.No parking nearby so available to walk from local car parks. Feels like the store needs a bit of TLC.There was a toilet available.Sandwiches were OK!

Great pint in the most interesting surroundings, a large tortoise wanders about and Victorian and Edwardian curiosities of every description crammed into 3-4 rooms, including a pair of Queen Victoria's tights. A great atmosphere and very pleasant staff. No pub like it.

Etruria Valley Office Village, Shelton Blvd, Stoke-on-TrentGood value for money carvery, 2 of the group had meals from the menu, which they waited a while for. It may have been the time we went, but they appeared understaffed, hence the low score on Service. Every other time I have been in, it would have been 5 stars for Service. The take out cakes are huge, one portion could easily do 2/3 people and they also provide take out boxes if you want to take uneaten food home (we've got 2 dog's, so they always look forward to it ?? ?)

A34 Stone Rd, Barlaston, Stoke-on-TrentThe food was some of the best Indian food that we have had. My partner particularly loved the salmon. The jeera pilau rice is great.

Red Rd, Alton, Stoke-on-TrentLove, Love, Love this place ! The walks are fabulous in this area and this cafe is an absolute Gem . The staff are so efficient and sitting in the garden or potting sheds whatever the weather all year around is just wonderful. Food is 5 star also and carer for many food variation like veggie/ Vegan/ dairy free etc . Dogs so welcome and treats for them too. Indoors is more dining room dining and less muddy boots Vibe, gets busy so book that part. Highly recommend. Parking gets so busy so plan to walk or cycle is a good option. Walk from Denstone along railway line makes a great walk with food as a treat before return walk.

Trentham Shopping Village, Willow, Stoke-on-TrentMy wife and I ate here for the first time. We loved the decor, and the outside seating was great too. The staff were exceptionally efficient, knowledgeable and friendly too. We soon, with a waitress' help, found a very tasty sounding dish on the menu, the Middle Eastern Bowl and, when served it was indeed very, very tasty, and we didn't think it expensive at all! We would certainly return there if we're ever in Stoke again.

Roberto's Pizza House

The food is much more authentic and home-style, with dishes that are clearly aimed at those who enjoy traditional South Asian cooking rather than the standard curry house favourites. Everything we ordered was packed with flavour, freshly cooked and tasted like proper homemade food.
The curries were spot on and honestly I couldn't fault a single dish. The spices were balanced perfectly, the portions were generous and you could tell care had gone into every plate.
It's great to see a restaurant offering something beyond the typical British Indian menu and doing it so well. I'd highly recommend it to anyone wanting to explore authentic, home-style curries and try something a bit different. We'll definitely be back.

The Orange Tree Bar and Grill

It was Friday evening very busy. The waiter was extremely polite and attentive, he didn’t rush us.
We had a main and dessert, all were absolutely delicious.

The Red House

The Ashbank Stonehouse
216 Ash Bank Rd, Ash Bank, Stoke-on-TrentWent to the Stonehouse Carvery in Werrington, ordered chips along with a turkey and stuffing lettuce and tomatoe sandwich.
Waiting time exceeded 30mins plus and when it did arrive it was no where near the best, slot together stuffing virtually none existent on one half of the bread and the other half we'll not much better .
Chips were warm but most were hard and after mentioning it to Sandra she without hesitation replaced the chips , touch wood slightly better
I'm not one for leaving negative reviews but I do believe these issues need to be highlighted in the hope it doesn't happen again.
Staffs Abby and Sandra were great and couldn't be more helpful but I think a little advice on making sandwiches would be a good advantage.
I'm understand it's not a fast food restaurant but half and hour plus is pushing it a bit too far.as prices increase customers will become more picky and as a restaurant it needs to get it act together for the sake of the business.on the hole the atmosphere was great but sadly the meal was not eventful down to the cheese cake if the servings get any smaller it won't be worth having.
Traing required on how to make a sandwich and it would be a step in the right direction.
