Ordered a pizza from this store ,the order was not delivered to my address nor they refunded the amount even after the telephonic conversation,they push you to lodge a complaint at customer care where there is no response.let the customer service sort this issue..

I ordered a chicken tandoori pizza,I still don't know where the chicken goes during the process ?Also I think someone was hungry.. a small piece was missing.However it was a good vegetable pizza ! ???

Absolutely tragic.
Ordered pizzas for asap delivery (20-34 mins). Pizza tracker stated ‘delivered’. Called the store to ask for an update as it states delivered but they haven’t been delivered. Ryan said he’d check with the delivery driver. I called back 5-10 mins later for an update - ‘she’s on the stone road but doesn’t know how long she’ll be’…. I said ok is it possible to cancel and get a refund as it’s been over an hour now since we ordered. Yes sure, only 50% though - for a pizza you didn’t deliver…. Yes that’s right… I said I didn’t want to cancel for a 50% refund and that was unacceptable so left it with Ryan for him to speak to a manager.
Another 10 mins go by….
My partner called the store for an update to be told the orders been cancelled so would we like a 50% refund…. After explaining the story and going round the houses with no understanding of our situation she offered the same 50% refund with no care in the world or offered to remake the food and deliver with no idea on delivery time….. clearly not understanding that you need to deliver the goods a person has paid for. She then refused to give her name as she didn’t want us to complain and include her name as the one who dealt with the complaint - apparently one of the managers - ‘Ash’. Either she’s not a manager and lied about being one or she is and is terrible at handling complaints and needs further training, urgently.
Will never order from Domino’s again never mind this store. Extremely unprofessional, poor customer service. Just ripping people off.
