A bit dated when I walked in. Seems to be a loud noise in there which the staff said is the freezers. The lady who served me at the till spoke so quiet I could barely hear her and could do with using a few manners(Please and thank you)and smile a bit more ?

Haven't been here for quite some time.But the layout is still the same. So many freezer cabinets it makes it feel a bit cramped in spots so if anyone stops to browse or fill the cabinet that's it. Everyone stops. I guess that's the price you pay in looking for what you want.

Food wise and offers wise this farmfoods is good/standard in line with others.It is starting to look very tired and dated inside and could really do with a refurb/refit and a tidy up to make it more visually appealing and look less run down/unloved inside!

Their sales must be very poor, because, even after 4pm on a weekday, they cannot give change for a tenner.They do not have any "No Added Sugar" baked beans.

It's apart from one lady got the worst, most miserablist staff in this Burslem branch than the white coats back in the days we had a few factories,, around 1930,called Pot Banks,,, they though were paid to be sociapatic cows
