best chippy in stoke I'm my opinion. food is delicious staff are lovely sevice with a smileand most importantly you can eat your chips off the floor it's that clean.

Forgot half the order but couldn't be bothered to deliver the rest. To top it off we found maggots in the fish. Stay away from this place. Bad food and even worse service.

Food took over an hour to arrive. Chips were dry and cold. Forgot part of the order and when we called up, the man laughed down the phone at us and said they weren’t coming back to deliver the rest.Shocking customer service, rude staff.

Our regular go to Chippy. The only thing that occassionally lets them down (and we use them alot) is the delivery times. They can take ages if busy. Loving the Southern Fried Chicken at min. Tastes lovely and huge pieces.Parking: Park right outside.

Took 1 hour 15 minutes to arrive. Food was cold and not even an apology from the delivery driver. Used to be a good chippy but poor lately.

We ordered chips, puddings and gravy twice. The puddings and gravy were nice but the chips were disgusting, cold and hard, more like bits than chips so most of them went in the bin. Very disappointed as it cost over £14.

Ordered food 65 minute, wait which suited us. But we we’re very disappointed when it arrived the chips with the fish n chips were stone cold the fish was barely warm the value box was just about look warm food ended up in the bin won’t be ordering.
