Ordered 3 meals over Christmas, the order was spot on, the food was hot and the delivery arrived when they said it would, well done to you all, wouldn't hesitate to recommend the delivery service ?

This kfc always seems to get your order wrong.They hit a new low today though because they knew exactly what they were doing.I had a reward for free box for one.They never even asked what drink I want and I didn't receive one.I also ordered a large fries and didn't receive that either.They obviously did it on purpose as they didn't give me my receipt either.I guess they don't like using you using your kfc rewards there.Oh and the food I did receive especially the chicken was not up to kfc standard.I'm taking this up with head office.

No idea who trains these people and how they can’t get an order right. Just been given gravy instead of coleslaw and items missing too. Only go for a treat occasionally but seems to be everytime something is wrong. Oh well good excuse to save my money

Nice fresh tasting food. Just a personal preference, I ordered a box meal and it dident come in a box it was on a tray. It was no problem, but I like the box

Chicken like rubber. Gravy tub half full. food was stuffed in a bag mixed spicy chicken with non spicy and iv had better chicken from the local takeaway.

Ordered on the App for delivery. Arrived but food was missing although the bag was sealed. Contacted the driver who said to contact the restaurant , which I tried bur they have no contact number & only number is for head office to which there was no answer. Tried to call back the delivery driver but said my number had been blocked????.

This is the worst meal I've ever purchase from KFC festival Park Stoke-on-Trent. Spent £25 + for a family bucket with sides and it was absolute rubbish. Please, let the authority in charge check the quality of food these guys are selling to the public. The oil used for the chicken and fries taste like either the oil has expired or motor oil. After a little bite, the oil was sticky in my gums and tongue. I'll never go back there or recommend anyone going there.

Atmosphere was dead, there was customers in but did not help the atmosphere, the order machines are appauling tried to order and whilst getting my card to pay it asked if i still wanted to order (seconds) i clicked yes and it wiped the basket and cancelled my order, spoke with the staff and they wers having system issues this seems a regular at this store.Ended up leaving without food at all

Visited this branch with my boyfriend and his boyfriend just after lunch.Some of the staff here were absolutely terrible and the service we received from two male looking female individuals was appalling.One female with brown hair wouldn't take my order at the counter because it was 'cash only' and told me to order at the automated kiosk with an attitude. She looked scruffy and woofed at us. What was worse is that another one of her colleagues took someone's order and contactless payment directly after us. Talk about being a lazy woofwoof.The other female - a pink haired lesbö showed me attitude when I asked about how to retrieve something on the app. Didn't see the point of her doing that when it was just a genuine question. However, it is not as bad as the first woofy we spoke to.The food was also dry, drier than the attitude of the woofwoof. The gravy on the other hand was top notch. Such a shame as the chicken is usually v good from other branches.There was one more individual by the name on his badge as Tyler. Extremely pleasant and polite. Me and my family and boyfriends really appreciated his help and service. I would happily invite him to be my other boyfriends new boyfriend. Kudos to this young handsome man and his friendly approach.Would order vegan burger again.Many thanks,Andyrew.
This is quite a spacious KFC with a big sitting area. It has toilet facilities and drive thru service as well. It can get busy at times as it also does delivery collections such as deliveroo etc. Quite a convenient location within the Festival Heights village of stores.

Absolutely awful service from this KFC, I recommend that nobody order from here. Chicken is dry, the fillet tower burger had no cheese, no Lettuce, no hash brown and no sauce on it - just 1 piece of dry chicken and a bun. Beans were cold and the chips were also cold. Anybody that works here is clearly uncapable of simple tasks of putting a burger together, they should not be working and should do a more simple job like picking up litter, in fact, I think they would struggle with this also.A bunch of absolute incapable idiots. I wish my job was as easy as putting a burger together but these people clearly struggle. Do not order from here under any circumstance.Thanks

So I want to kfc and I was served by a Sri Lankan man who looks like my dog’s dad. I had to use google translate as he couldn’t speak a word of Hebrew. I ordred a family bucket and I requested can I have thighs and legs only and he gave me some Hindu look. This comes with beans and coleslaw. He started to box up the chicken but I can see that he took off the chicken skin and put it in his pocket. I was so confused. He went over to the ice cream machine and picked his bum hole and then smelt it. I literally gagged. He packed everything but forgot to give me my beans so he skipped to the back and got a pot of beans and fly kicked it into the microwave. Once the beans came out the microwave he dipped his finger inside the beans to see if it’s hot enough. I got so angry that I asked for the store manager. The manager came out and guess what it’s a dark hindu midget lady with one eyebrow. Yeah I left with my one leg.

When we went unfortunately two items that we had ordered weren't available even though we had paid for them, so we had to choose something else. The food was left on the side while they were cooking one of the burgers which meant the food was barely tepid when we received it. The staff did apologise about the food not being available but they weren't very friendly. We won't be returning to this KFC

By far the worst branch in UK. Every time I go something goes wrong. Tonight I ordered in drive, paid but they got the order wrong so they took my order again. Waited 5 mins, got order wrong again waited 5 mins. Asked for refund waited 5 mins. Gave me the WRONG change.
