35 quid odd in here just now, from order to service was 23 mins, for the majority I watched our food going cold waiting to be packed. Called to be told to take the food back and get another order of the same. With the first one being that bad I'd rather not risk a second, even for free.

Prefer this Maccies compared to the rest around the area!Quick and decent service and they pay attention to customisations on the orders which should be done anyway and they don’t just stand around chatting.

Took my granddaughter for lunch. Paid to make the meal large but the fries were barely half full. I had a latte but the cup was only half full and the coffee was very strong and bitter. Won’t be going again.

Went through the drive through, then was asked to park up. Which I did, for nearly 40 minutes, I then drove back around and asked for a refund, gave the drinks back and sat and waited another 10 minutes. Nearly an hour. No food, shocking customer services. This McDonald’s is now horrendous. Went to Burger King and was served within 15 minutes and was able to put what I wanted on my burger too unlike at this McDonald’s. Will not go to this McDonald’s again.

This place used to be great - then came covid and uprise of the Uber drivers and just eat! The place is now far too busy for the size, under staffed and not interested in customer service. They pretty much always get the order wrong and half the actual dining area is full of drivers waiting to pick up - drivers who park where they absolutely please and cause a massive hindrance on the main road and the roundabout connected to the A34! My advice - avoid avoid avoid!!

Combination of the CONSTANT state of it being hectic & surrounded by the plague of just eat drivers blocking the exit so you can’t see a god damn thing .

Absolute worst mcdonalds going. Always have to park and wait over 20 minutes and then missing items from order or cold. Rude staff as if its your fault the food is cold or missing. '24hours' is not 24 hours anytime around 12-1.30am don't bother as they won't take orders as 'the systems are updating' don't understand how they can advertise 24 hours when it's obviously not that.

Waited 25 minutes for a mayo chicken, seem to prioritise delivery orders. Also limited spaces to park due to delivery drivers using customer parking.Final note and most important: exiting the car park is a real danger as vision is always obstructed with yet more delivery drivers parking at the junction of the exit blocking view to the main road.
