If it was possible to leave a review with minus stars I would, poor poor service. Food not available, order wrong, food cold and a 15min + wait through the drive through for the experience. And if you ask for a refund they want the food back. Absolute joke.

Ordered via drive thru, the girl was extremely short with us. Half of the items on the menu were not in stock. When we took our order home, we realised that items we ordered were missing, were not as requested (for example, a plain cheeseburger that was not plain) or not to spec, such as sauces missing from burgers etc.I will not be returning to this particular location, and I’m half-tempted to avoid the franchise altogether. I certainly would not recommend it to anyone else.

Quite a long wait for food. Items missing and burgers rubbery and room temp at best. Items missed for a second time from same order after being requested again. Manager/supervisor spoke to workers in an inappropriate, unprofessional manner. Food sitting on the side waiting for delivery drivers.

Ordered food on the app for click and serve, waited 30 mins and went in as it was really quiet. Food was sitting in the cold and drinks were VERY old. Once I got my food it was cold and wrong so went in to complain. Chips were half full and the iced frappé had full ice chunks and felt like they barely got blended then to find out the drinks still wasn’t probably done. I had to go in 3 times before they got my order right then to find out I had no dips or straws. Absolutely vile never going here again and I would NEVER suggest here as a place to come get McDonalds. Horrible place

2 weeks in a row they've messed up my orders. Last weekend there was 6 hashbrowns missing and they gave us single mcmuffin meals and charged for doubles. This week, im missing 2 cheese flat breads, and both meals are single, again! I don't know what type of retar*s they employ at McDonald's, but it needs sorting. As if you need to sit at the drive-thru and empty the bag just to check you have the right order is beyond me, but im going have to start doing it as the staff have the competency of a potato. It happens that much that I believe they're trained to steal items you've paid for to make as much profit as possible

I never seen anyone like her I mean the managers ZOE omg she is absolutely ? % crazy I ever see.. fist think is fast she is to OLD for mcdonald's and she needs to go where is small busy or take retirement..I been to the restaurant asking for help because I got food allergy but she can't help me with anything before knowing what I got..?I don't know why mcdonald's keep her and for what please Sack her or she needs retirement from this job please mcdonald's ?

I been to the restaurant today the I asked the manager who is called ZOE she said she not can do anything about it than please where I go and make a complain she said nothing I think she needs to go away from this restaurant or take retired and bad language she use to everybody in the house plz change her before all go
