“Visited Subway after many years, an angel Sandy working there, having always smile on her face and ready to help to customers who might be in troubles as I was (being a foreigner, not sure about Subway offer). The sandwich she prepared for me when almost closing was lovely. She also helped me with my unusual request for ice as I bruised myself badly 1 hour ago and she was the kindest person ever. Please support this local business, it had been part of Hanley for as long as I remember and people like Sandy should be definitely more appreciated. If i recover, will visit soon again. “The staff were sorting out the boiler and asked me to wait offering a drink while I waited. I said I couldn't and they served me. My kids love subway and they weren't disappointed. Very helpful, clean and friendly service which is a far cry from the subway in the Lyme building at the Royal Stoke.”

“Clean place, friendly staff but the food wasn't made to standards. Cold bread even though asked toasted, the filling or preparation wasn't neat and didn't enjoy as it was all falling apart and crumbling everywhere.”
