In November 2023 I called at the Shell petrol station Baddeley GreenI put put £40 of petrol into my carI they went into the garage to pay with my phone the cashier said that the payment was OKNow in February I have received a email saying I did not pay for my petrolI looked at my bank statement and no payment had come out for this transactionI paid the bill straight away and also a £30 administration chargeI have called at this garage and asked for the administration fee back due to it was the cashier fault not checking my paymentI have left my phone number with the staff 3 times with a promise to call my backNo body has ever phonedIf you use this petrol station make sure youCheck your payment is OKJust to say I have used this petrol station for 20 years and never missed a paymentA update on this review nobody from the petrol station has contacted meOK my review of this petrol station is all true.I have had no phone call to resolve my £30 administration charge very poor

On the 21st May I visited the petrol station to refuel, put £40 of diesel in my van, paid by card to find the no diesel was put into my tank to be told that there was nothing they could do, so I had to spend another £40 at another station not shell.Do yourself a favour and do use this shell garage rip off merchants.

Staff are nice but I bashed my car on one of the metal bars , staff helped me but also told me that this happens at least twice a week, I’d witnessed this happening myself only 3 weeks ago. Move the bar if it’s damaging that many cars!!!!

I went to this place yesterday 1/3/2021. And enquired about a bottle of whiskey and was rudely told by the attendant that they don't sell them anymore I think they should put the staff member on a training program for customer relations she certainly needs re training and to get some manners.
