Staff gave my order to the wrong Uber driver without checking their phone to validate. Excuse given over the phone was that wrong driver wouldn’t show their phone. Refused refund.INCOMPETENT STAFF!!!

The food is nice. I like how you can customise the sandwiches but it's a bit expensive the service is good the atmosphere was OK.

Just called in with my young son. He wanted a footlong of grated cheese and salad only.The server put just two scoops of very fine grated cheese on the entire footlong bread. Before I said anything, she said, would you like more cheese for an extra 60p (that's 60p more on a £5.49 sandwich that is meant to just be cheese salad!).I then asked if two scoops is all they should put on a footlong? I was met with a polite smile and a shrug of the shoulders.I then had a 6 inch Tuna sandwich for myself and they put two full scoops of tuna on it (I assume a footlong would have 4 scoops).In our shopping basket, tuna costs more than cheese, so I don't know why they are being so tight with the tiny shreds of cheese, especially on the more expensive foot long sandwich.We took the sandwiches home and I grated some more cheddar for my lads sandwich.I shan’t be calling into this Subway branch again. I shall tell my son we'll use the local independent sandwich shop in Werrington from now on.Total rip off.

Parked away from the pumps, Esso staff member shouted that if you're going to subway you have to park around the back and not where the vehicle is visible, advised that I left all pumps was free but no....you have to move to the back. Drove off, well done.

Terrible! The staff are rude! The food isn't cooked! I definitely wouldn't go here again! And the hygiene very poor! Dirty! Looks like nothing is ever cleaned!

Ordered ahead using the Subway app for collection at 13:30 on Saturday. Arrived a little early for the collect at 13:15 and as a result, I did not expect the sandwiches to be made so waited in the queue. There were 3 people in front of me having their orders made up which meant when it was my turn to be served, it was almost 13:30 (collection time). When I explained to the lady at the counter that I had two orders to collect, I stated to order numbers and she took a little while figuring out whether these had been made up. She noticed that there were two carrier bags on the side each containing made up meals and she thought they were mine. She never asked for any proof of the order numbers which I thought was concerning as the sandwiches were paid for in advance via PayPal. As three out of the four sandwiches in the order were toasted, I checked the bag to see if they were warm as I had not seen anyone make the sandwiches up while I was in the store (15 minutes before the collection time). They felt aired at best, certainly not toasted as expected. When I asked when the sandwiches were made, the response given was that they had only just been made. I stated that they were not made while I have been in the store so have therefore sat on the side for at least 15 minutes. This conversation went backwards and forwards for a short while before another lady was called out of the back to confirm when they were made as she was the one who prepared them. The second lady (the one from the back of the store) was adamant that these were all fresh, she had just prepared them and that I was lying about being in the store. She was extremely rude and continued to say I was lying. The attitude and eye rolling from the member of staff was similar to that of a 13 year old being asked to help clean the house! Safe to say, I was really not happy with the service or the attitude. For something which could easily have been resolved by the sandwiches being remade soon turned into me wanting to make a formal complaint about the member of staff. I asked for the store manager so I could make contact with them to bring this to their attention but, according to the staff in the store, the branch does not have a manager (funny that they have a job if they don't have a manger or owner!). I took the ladies name and requested they remade the meals. The remaking of the sandwiches took a further 15 minutes and there was enough slamming around of doors and under breathe comments to give any teenager a run for their money. The sandwiches were slammed onto the counter in front of me once they had been prepared and the lady walked away. Absolutely disgusting manners for anyone to have let alone when you're working in a customer serving role. The other member of staff looked embarrassed by the behavior but even then, did not approach to provide an apology. When I got home, I was appalled to find the state of the sandwiches! 2 out of the 4 footlongs had not been cut and one of the footlongs had not been prepared according to the order I had placed. There were several items of salad missing and the sauce. I tried to call the store using the number provided on the invoice but, there was no answer. It went to voicemail and I left a message but, 48 hours on and I am still awaiting a call back. Overall, I'd have been far better buying a sandwiches from the shelf in the garage. The footlongs were not worth the money I paid and as for the additional hassle of collection, I'd have been better off making the meals myself (and I don't have the fancy title of Sandwich Artist). From what should have been a quick and easy lunch, it has now turned into a 30 minute ordeal in the store and additional admin of writing a formal complaint.

This is the worst subway I have ever been to,There is different staff every time you go, there selection of bread is always limited and usually the meat selection is half empty and the meatballs are never ready unless your willing to wait 10 minutes
