The best subway in the city. Fact.The staff are top notch and always go above and beyond to provide the best quality sub possible. Highly recommended.

I'm usually served by, I'm assuming, either the manager or the franchisee, who is well presented, courteous, and efficient, as is a female member of staff. The younger staff members aren't so hot, but in putting that down to inexperience, and wokism.... The inability to deal with people. They're polite enough Maybe they'll grow into the role

Gone down bank, majority of the new staff are terrible and not the most polite, they now seem more interested in the take away side, as always seems overtaken with the drivers waiting for their order, lots of things seem to be not available and sometimes they even close the store without notice so they can deal with it with no thought given to the customers who want to eat in,

Was closed before its listed closing time, had diverted off our route to get some quick food, because of this we missed opportunities to go to other places closing soon.

Went in for lunch and was told it was closed 1.30 on a Friday lunchtime.

Bit disappointed today. Has been bob on in the past. Firstly, no meatball marinara, gutted. I ordered a foot long steak and cheese instead. The amount of steak the guy put on the bread was minimal, nowhere near as much as they’ve put on in the past. The salad etc was also put on sparingly. I had to ask for more. For example, I asked for black olives and he put 4 small slices, on a foot long! I had to ask for more. I got my order to the table and the bread was slightly burnt black and really crispy. Then to top it off a dust head was at the counter gurning his bag off. A huge piece of stringy slober then came from his mouth, hung there for a moment and hit the floor. The cashier clearly saw this and after the man left did not go round and clean it up. It was absolutely disgusting.
