As a contractor i stay away from home alot, i tried a few pubs in this town, this one well the best. The landlord & landlady can't do enough for you. In my top 10 pubs i have visited this

This place is finally back on the map as a friendly and warm welcoming place for all ages 18 to 80. Fantastic quality drinks and prices with excellent choice of draught, spirits, wines and soft drinks. Karaoke on a Monday is absolutely buzzing as is the Friday night and Saturday afternoon till close. New owners totally care about the customer and place putting 100% into everything making this a place to definitely experience.
Think the staff are amazing and go the extra mile and the management are truly amazing and helpful that's what it needed

What a shame they don't have quality staff. Maybe the staff would be better if the manageress was a genuine person

Tonight my mother in law and sister in law went to this pub to go for casual drinks. The landlady decided to kick off at my sister in law because for some reason she didn’t like her, they ended up getting in a fight however the bouncers have grabbed my sister in law had her in a head lock while all the bouncers were hitting her, she’s now had her head cracked open because of this and arrested when it wasn’t her fault in the first place. When my mother in law tried to help her the bouncers also hit her. Disgusting place wouldn’t return again!!
