Ordered 2 waffles - quick delivery but the waffles went straight in the bin. Burnt and freezing cold. We live 5 minutes down the road so there's no excuses for cold food.

Our food was late we waited one and half hours, so when it came the chips were cold , soggy had a weird texture and they were pale , and the gravy was so watery , I had to put the chips in the bin and the gravy down the sink and the burgers were cold nearly £20 for food we could not eat , I doubt I will use the service again !And how do you suppose you are going to resolve this , just eat have already said you won't refund me ?

My kid & me got food poisoning from tiger bite tunstall i doubt the one in stoke is any better, stale chips under cooked burgers even the pizza is nasty, they only push the drivers to be quick, its a shame they dont push the food quality definitely needs a health inspection check if i could give no stars i would never ever coming back to this disgusting place id recommend bennys or dixys they always have excellent food and service is on point.Tiger bite are not worth it trust me.

Order at 1.47am and didn’t receive my food until after the closing hours which is 3am, food was stone cold and the Order was incorrect. The service is terrible, they took 10 minutes to answer the phone. Overall the take away is unreliable and the food is disgusting!

Delivery was too fast, and upon opening my food I can see why. The chicken looked like it was 3 days old solid to the point I couldn't get any off the bone Donner meat was freezing you can see the cold fat and iv paid £8.. and the delivery driver had a attitude

I ordered the mutton curry for £10.50 and some curly fries..... well the curly fries were stone cold and for the curry what little was there the meat was tough and dry af and there was no sauce. This was the first time ordering from here and it will certainly be the last

Not ordering again!Ordered a Philly steak special and chips sausage and gravy… first of allThe Philly steak was meant to include rib eye steak.. peppers and mushrooms .. and it was just super tough steak with cheese so my fiancé called up and told them so he said he would send out another which he did and it was exactly the same without peppers mushrooms and for £12 it’s pretty awful, we used to love tiger bites but it’s not as it used to be. Won’t be ordering again

Ordered the 8oz meaty smash burger, and it was absolutely amazing, really juicy, full of flavour, and the nutty professor sundae hit the spot. I didn't think it would be as big as it was but for the price it's definitely well worth it, so much so I Ordered it again lol and when i spoke to musty about this he was very happy and I'm not one for takeaways but I'm glad I gave this one a go

Poor food quality , ordered chips with curry sauce and it’s horrid its not a sauce consistency , and tastes like perfume , chicken wrap as 2 small pieces of chicken on was basically just an empty wrap and chicken was grizzly
The food is horrible from here I wouldn't recommend. But the gourmet burgers are OK it's the only food if order. The Sundays and milkshakes are lovely id recommend but the website to order from tiger bites is a pain charges more than what u buy and adds items on by its self..need to sort the website out

Chicken was like rubber clearly not cooked through.Chicken wings all pink inside. Again clearly not cooked throughPizzas literally have no toppings on them. Was like eating tomato purée on bread. Do not recommend this takeaway to anyone. If anyone in tunstall wants food I strongly advise rupeyal spice grill, 10/10 service and food always hot and cooked

Tiger bite used to be a good takeaway a year and a half a go. but now since their success they have become to slapdash charge more for smaller and smaller portions forget to add sauce or put wrong sauces on food always arrives cold nine times out of ten and last week I ordered a cheese burger and all that came was a bun not even kidding

Used to be the best place in tunstall but since they've expanded its gone down really dissapointing, had a mixed kebab last night the steak was like chewing leather the kofta was so spicy I could barely eat it and I usually handle my spice well the chicken was like chewing plastic the only part I enjoyed was the nann bread and even that didn't look fresh made, won't be ordering from these again in a hurry
