Large selection of teas and hot chocolate. You can choose a really good tea, because in regular stores there is very little choice. You can try delicious hot chocolate for free. The staff is excellent.

Been coming into this shop for a number of years now , seems to be a change of staff and very different atmosphere. Not as friendly, shop looks messy and dirty and new manager And his sidekick have a huge attitude problem. Bring back the old staff !!!! Will Lose customers

Shopped here many times for tea and their coffee bags also purchased their latte glasses Everything excellent quality and the flavour of the various coffees super! The Young guy in charge and his staff are always very friendly and attentive and also knowledgeable of their products. Also have some unusual items for those gifts for the people who you dont know what to buy for. Good old fashioned Customer First service/!!!

This is a great place to buy presents for people especially in the Christmas and New Years sales. Also great for tea, coffee and hot chocolate lovers who want high quality products. The place is normally very busy, but the staff are extremely friendly and helpful even during the busy times. They also, provide free samples of tea, coffee and hot chocolate. I would definitely recommend the place if you are looking for great quality hot chocolate.

I decided to treat myself to their hot chocolate so brought their gift set with 8 flavours of hot chocolate , however I didn't like any of them especially the luxury and which just tasted like supermarket cocoa powder so I was very disappointed in their hot chocolates their no different to other branded hot chocolates you can buy in the supermarket.I think it's because their Powder why I don't like them as I'm used to using real chocolate in my hot chocolates , I have a velvatiser from hotel Chocolat and love all their hot chocolates but they use real chocolate not powder, I even prefer using an areo bar grated than whittards. Not for me I'm afraid and won't be using or buying again the whole lot went in the bin. I'm sticking to real chocolate
