I ordered the rare Wagyu sirloin and it was cooked to absolute perfection — tender, full of flavour, and easily one of the best steaks I’ve had. The blue cheese lettuce wedge on the side was the perfect complement and really elevated the whole meal.
A special mention has to go to our server, Rachel, who was exceptional from start to finish. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect and recommended the Wagyu sirloin to me — and she got it spot on. Her knowledge, friendliness and attention to detail really made the evening.
Outstanding food and outstanding service. I’ll definitely be returning and highly recommend Miller & Carter Talke to anyone looking for a top-quality steak experience!

8 Congleton Rd S, Talke, Stoke-on-TrentWell first time ordering from these guys was abit nervous with some of the feedback but glad I did the prawn cocktail had plenty of prawns in and normally have a korma but thought try a tika malsala and glad I did will be ordering again only down side had to wait a hour for delivery but definitely worth the wait
