“I should have wrote this a while ago but been busy. When I visited with my partner the other day, a young man and young lady were greeted by a challenging customer who was making staff aware of her allergy but in doing so, completely disregarding the Costa process that is mandatory as the staff explained. The lady some-how took this to some offence and declined help and said to leave it. I was the next customer and told the young girl on the till that she did a great job at remaining calm. Well done to both the young adults on shift, they responded very well to the abuse and challenging customer they were faced with. Coffee was good, customer service was good. Will be returning for any more late night trips when the others are shut.”

We were served by a lovely Guy name Lee, his customer service was amazing he was so welcoming and polite. And he just lifted our mood and made our experience so much better. Would definitely recommend here and Lee, top man ??”
