Went into this establishment the other day as I do most days food was lovely but I was unpleased by the ignorance by the a staff member named Mai, I have never in my life written a negative review but this incident has forced my hand here, this particular staff member was so rude It almost made me cry, the rest off the staff where pleasant, please don’t see this as a reflection of the shop just its employee!!

Excellent value for money. Great range of hot and cold products. Personally i dont like the vegan products but i guess vegans are allowed to eat too. And the staff are always friendly and happy to help. Plus a lot of there hot food tastes better cold

I should point out a few things that have been bought up in other reviews for not just this particular store, but for Gregg's as a company. People complain that their sausage roll was cold. Gregg's don't sell hot food, they sell freshly baked food, it's not kept under a heating lamp. They bake small batches regularly to keep up with demand. They may run out of what you want but are always willing to offer something else for the same price as what you wanted or maybe even for free as a gesture of good will. The staff are always happy to help if you just make it known that you are unsatisfied with what you have been given.

Was followed around by security gaurds all day asked for a name so I could make a report the man tried to push me and banned me for life shocking behaviour wouldn’t recommend the place

Of the three Greggs establishments in tamworth this is by far my favourite! With the friendly and great communial atmosphere it is great to be able to enjoy an environment where the Staff and the customers enjoy each others company. Great prices compared to that of its competitors such as Costa and starbucks at the snowdome. This store it a great asset to its shopping and town centre. Great store, Great staff and Great quality products!
