We had a good experience at The Penny Black in Tamworth! After an afternoon of shopping, we popped in for a bite to eat and easily found a table and were quickly served at the bar. We enjoyed watching the football game while savoring two rare steaks cooked perfectly, a mixed grill, and three delicious fudge cakes. The food was served promptly and tasted great. We were a family of 7 from ages of 10 to 77. We all liked many things on the Menu which is unusual as some of the group are very fussy eaters. The staff went over & above to accommodate a child's beef burger to his liking. All staff were polite & friendly. Fantastic value for money great service lovely food. Will definitely be back again .

After a day out nearby we found this place for our evening meal and was pleasantly surprised. The food was delicious and served with a smile, all staff were super friendly and very welcoming and helpful.
