This is probably the best McDonald’s I’ve visited. I’ve visited numerous times and the food is always hot and fresh. Good customer service too!

Food WASNT hot, the McMuffins have SHRUNK and don’t even come with hash browns now. Hash browns are EXPENSIVE for saying i can get a bag of them for the same price of one. One of the breakfasts didn’t include a drink for some reason, even though all the others did. The service was fast though.

Quite possibly the slowest drive thru service in the whole wide world, I've only used this place twice and I had a couple of birthdays waiting. The parking is shocking, the spiral one way system is confusing and the exit onto the road is impossible to pull out onto.I certainly won't be going back, ill be using the Tesco Express up the road.

This is exactly how a fast food franchise should be ran. The food is fresh and hot ? their service is excellent and it comes with a smile. This place is definitely in my top 3 of McDonald's locally for myself.Parking: Parking is always difficult, however I only use the drive through for this particular McDonald's. It's fast and orders are always correct and hot.Wheelchair accessibility: Accessibility is good ?

Ordered on the appOrder lost 10 minutes of waiting after being served wrong drinks was asked to come inside to sort it out !Waited ,a very irate member of staff said loudly I WILL SORT IT BLOODY OUT THERE MISTAKE !!! ( I saw her name but I won't say )And she stormed outside to my car but I was still inside.Sorted in the end still wrong drinks but looks like Just Eat etc take priority over everything else.

Very good just needs a bigger car park at very busy times especially as just off A50 and near to turning for Alton TowersIf you brought land close by and revamped car park it would be so much better and more

Unfortunately, but unsurprisingly they had no squishmallows in store. From ordering through the app it didn't state no toys, only books.Went into store to enquire and was told none in store, all been sold.Asked for extra ketchup as was only given 1 dipping sauce. Asked for more as we ordered 4 meals, was told by staff sauces were 10p each!Never heard of that, would not recommend. Service was awful, no apology just shrugging shoulders...

A group of of us came here for breakfast on are way to Alton towers I had a sausage McMuffin and a McCafé hot chocolate. I recommend here if you need a quick something to eat if your going Alton towers or somewhere near by.
Cleanliness McDonald's I've been to for a while. Staff are very friendly and polite. Thank you as having our toddler with us and you're store being clean, one less stress to worry about!

I like this branch. It's quite handily placed on A50 midway-ish between M6 and M1 so it's perfect location for a pitstop if you need a break. It's quite busy but it's always fast and food is fresh too, no soggy burgers that have been hanging around here??Parking: Carparks's a bit snug, be prepared to jiggle about a bit.

Stopped here as on way back from lower lacun which was handy for us with 3 children. Toilet facilities were clean, we didn't have to wait long for the food and staff friendly. Parking was limited.Kid-friendliness: McDonald's is child friendly in all restaurantsHas tablets to keep them entertained also.

Awful. Got charged for ketchup 10p/each and waited 40 minutes. I asked for the food and they gave it to me cold.No tissues in the bag and the skinny young girl with pimples on her face that she said is the manager was rude.On top of that they didn’t have coke only water and orange juice.

Absolutely poor. Rude staff, often long waits and blatant reduction of the menu. I can’t drink anything cold but the milkshakes, but surprise surprise this restaurant NEVER has them on. Always just get told the machine is going through a “cleaning cycle” - a blatant lie. You can complain but you get the usual copy and paste responses - I’d get further complaining to a child. Unfortunately the next nearest is Meir and no way I’m travelling the opposite direction to there from where I’m going. Time I think for this restaurant to get their act together.
