Uttoxeter was my halfway point for breakfast on way to North... couple weeks ago the old place was shut that I used to go in but found this little gem....my first choice from now on .. great breakfast with lovely interior to go with it...not all places should look like the coffee chains and thankfully this one has kept it's on identity and charm....will definitely be back Very soon..

Cracking find, it's through a gateway near Barclays Bank. Lovely cafe with lots of seating (some upstairs as well I understand). Comprehensive menu which has something for everyone, we had the breakfast. This came freshly cooked and was very tasty.Service was excellent, and the staff are friendly and helpful. We paid under £20 for 2 breakfasts, tea and coffee, beats the £15 we paid in Costa for 2 coffees and mediocre sandwiches.

Been to this cafe many times staff r wonderful full English breakfast ? the best iv ever tasted best value for your money worth every penny plus worth leaving a tip ? i tried the tea emporium Saturday as saddlers cafe was full with it being market day and a Saturday i ad full English in the tea emporium bacon was rock hard cooked over and over not fresh the pouched eggs were ok mushrooms boiled in water sausages were nice beans and tomatoes came inside little jam jars cold think owner as been watching master chef ?‍? to much toast was paper thin rock hard went to pay my bill 34 40 p dont know how the tea emporium can justify charging some one for a breakfast that was horrible full English at the vintage tea rooms Uttoxeter not recommended

I went to saddlers cafe yesterday 23rd of November, to meet my wife. None of the women came to me to see i would like to order anything. As me and my wife was talking about things the one with short dark hair was listening in. When i turned around to look at the women to call them across to place my order, the one with the short dark hair was whispering and talking about me and my wife as the other woman looked directly at me when the other one was talking. I dont like that and if youve got anything to say, say it to my face.I WILL not be using that cafe again, due to them talking about me. In the end i decided to go to costa where the service was alot better.

Received a warm welcome in the cafe which is very nicely decorated inside. Good menu choices for lunch. Between us we had soup, veggie breakfast and oatcakes. All the food was nice and good value for money. Cash only which wasn't a problem.

Had a day trip to Uttoxeter. Popped in for a cuppa and a bite to eat. A lovely early lunch.

Requested a Pannini and received a rubbish baguette. They did not have bottled water and charged 50pence each for tap water.
