Reluctant to give it even 1 star. Extremely rude service this evening. Always the same when a particular female is working. Overpriced and poor. Will no longer use this place even if desperate. Change your rude staff

The toilet light was not working, which was very disappointing to say the least. Staff were very kind though.

Great service, friendly staff and 4 easy to use, brand new electric chargers.

Rip-off. 12p per litre more expensive than Tesco in the same town. If you are driving to stoke skip straight past this petrol station and go to the tesco at mier park and save even more as it'll be around 20p per litre cheaper.

Lady called “Stacy” was working, was extremely rude to me and my partner when we tried to scan our vouchers for the shop, we received responses like “well you didn’t say that at the start” and “I work here I think I know how it works thanks” in a very harsh tone. If this is how you treat your customers and loyal one’s at that, Don’t expect any support from us because the attitude was disgusting. I’m surprised with how shell is still up and running if they have staff that talk to their customers like that. You shouldn’t be in a retail job if you can’t handle it , end of!

Been working in the area for the last month. Toilets out of order for the duration. How can it call itself a service station if you can't go to the toilet. On the plus side, the staff are nice and polite and the diesel was excellent!

Fails to show price of fuel until you get on the pump

1st services I saw since leaving Nottingham (1 hr drive needing the toilet) I ran to the loo expecting typical services toilets. But no, what a delight to use clean, dry floors, toilet paper and not stinking. The staff here should be praised for this! Thank you to the staff for making the effort

I'm sitting there waiting for the car in front to finish and vacate the pump. A woman comes out of the shop and drags a barrier across and down between that car and the pump. So I'm sitting like a twerp wondering what's going on. Is the pump being closed. At no point did that woman acknowledge my presence. I had the window opened and repeatedly called her to ask if I needed to move to another pump. Eventually she had to respond and very curtly told me that the pump was closed. Her discourteousy was breathtaking. She knew I was there, waiting, all she had to do was politely tell me what was happening.

Nice petrol station just off the motorway, there is plenty of other petrol stations which often have better prices, snacks inside are often alot more expensive then they normally are in other places so if you want to get a snack and some petrol and you aren't in a rush, I would recommend going somewhere else.

Have just been, extremely helpful and cheerful cashier. Saved me some money by reminding me about the shell reward card. Cheered my early morning up a little. A prized asset.

Went to get some fuel on the 15.4.20. I am a delivery driver and knew I was going past this petrol station the next day and thought I would go there in the morning to fill up with fuel for my day at work. I pulled into the site around 4.30 in the morning and everything looked pretty normal. Apart from ... when I got out the van and picked up the pump, the worker behind the counter waved her arms around mouthing "no fuel"... This would of been fine, IF there was a sign or covers on the pumps informing customers they have no fuel. Just seemed a bit lazy and now I know for future reference not to go to that service station for fuel.

Lovely ladies helped us out perfectly when we had a little challenge with the keys in our Range Rover, great customer service.
