The service was poor,I was given the wrong drink.our table still had the last person's litter on it and wasn't cleaned for the whole time we were there .our drinks came in a card cup and the food came in paper bags .very overpriced

Experience in the EG Starbucks franchise OK, given that they'd had a flooding. Thankfully, the main EuroGarages facility at Uttoxeter Services now has better toilets - maybe in response to my previous post??

Just our usual drinks, no food. It was busy but we still got a seat. The staff seemed pleasant enough.
I’ve never encountered such rude staff and I only went through the drive through. I was greeted by an extremely rude lady who simply started the conversation with just “what can I get you?”. No hello or welcome to Starbucks. No eye contact upon presenting to the window. No thank you after payment and no communication when or after handing me my drink - which was extremely hot and came handed to me without the cardboard wrapped around. I usually frequent the Wolstanton branch but due to convenience and time of day, I visited this brand. First and last time that’s for sure!

Staff were stood chatting whilst we were waiting to order (no one else in there), then refused to apply Blue Light discount despite showing my card and app (literally never had a problem at any other Starbucks) and then took 15 minutes to make 3 drinks plus another 10 minutes to heat up our food (shocking as there were only two other people in there but they had both ordered) for them to then forget 2 things and make us wait another 10 minutes to heat up 1 thing and get a brownie. Took nearly 45 minutes waiting for three drinks and three hot food items and a brownie. Drive thru was empty so no excuse really with three members of staff stood around chatting the entire time.

at 7:20 p.m. there is no coconut milk for coffee because it has run out. The manager cannot take care of the stock of the product, the manager should be fired. At 7:22 p.m. the staff closed the cafes, the end of sales, even though the official closing time was 8:30 p.m. Staff to be dismissed. The level of service in this network is getting worse. and prices higher. I do not recommend Starbucks Uttoxeter Service.

Ignore the bad reviews - this is a good Starbucks. Clean and light, normal speed service, order was accurate (despite asking for a few variations to my drink) and wide selection of food. Visited at 9am on a Saturday.Parking: Plenty of parking, part of the services
