Visited half way through our journey, was served by a lovely chap ( no name badge but he had a ginger beard) very friendly, nothing was a problem. Subway are lucky to have him.

I normally love subway, but this is the worst one I've been to.I have admittedly been a few times as it's the only one within 30 minutes. They are constantly out of ingredients or have long queues mainly because they aren't going quick enough.The straw that broke the camels back was when I ordered through Uber eats and got a cheaper sandwich then what I ordered. ' you'll have to talk to Uber eats and change it when the other customer complains.' Complains? they got a bargain.After that I looked back on all the times we've been and honestly I can't think of a time I was happy about going there. Going to the next town over and come back will leave a better taste in your mouth.

Used to be decent but ordered a subway for collection and was told on the app it was ready. When I arrived they informed me that they didn’t have any salad boxes and so nothing was actually prepared. Had to wait in a long queue for a refund but was told that they would phone to provide the refund. No phone call eve came. Absolutely disgusting service as they effective stole the money as money was paid and nothing received

This is one of many times we have visited to be told they don’t have what I want it’s our nearest one and is a 7 mile drive it’s really annoying me !!Dietary restrictions: No gluten free option left no steak left , no pepperoni left !! In fact the only things left were chicken bacon tuna and ham !!This is the third time visiting in the last 2 weeks when there has been no steak !

Me and partner went here this morning was served by someone that didn't know any ingredients on what was on any of the sandwichs on the menu and ended up asking me and my partner what is in it then when asked to be cheesed and toasted it was put in the toaster but not for the right amount of time as both mine and my partners sandwiches were cold

Had a gentleman serving me this morning. Very impressive. Took great care in placing the ingredients across the bread. Not the normal rushed job experienced elsewhere with ingredients thrown on with no regard to presentation or delivery of a quality product. Excellent customer service skills to the gentleman serving. ?? shame he didn't have a name badge.
