Been for the Vegan breakfast here a few times and always really enjoyed it! Easy to order, food arrives quickly, nice and hot, the cafe team are always so polite and friendly. Really good value for money and the avocado on the vegan breakfast is a nice addition, would definitely recommend!

Waiting 30 minutes for their daily special. Fish chips and mushy peas. There was 4 people would came in and ordered after us who received their meals and left before my husband had to go find out where our meals were. Got cheek of the server. The next lot of fish and chips came to us. The person they were for complained.Very very poor service for some over cooked chips cold mushy peas and a greasy bit of fish.Avoid this place unless you have an hour or so to spare waiting for food.

Had to wait 3/4 of hour for a breakfast. No mugs available. Staff clearing trays away handing dirty crockery and table numbers then going to food counter to touch people's plates without cleaning hands first.food left on serving counter for ages before being brought out, people then sending it back because it was then cold as ours was,not as good as it used to be

Nice breakfast but could be cleaner, teapot was very stained. Better than the Gorleston branch as its is badly managed, dirty cups and no knives or forks. Beccles is better but still needs sorting.

Used this Cafe twice last week, we'd called in for some shopping and didn't even realise it was there. We ordered the all day breakfast on a special at the moment (2 for £10) including hot drink, wasn't really expecting much for that price, but when the breakfast turned up have to admit it was huge, it was hot, it was delicious and well presented. We both had a latte which you serve yourself with from the beverage station. The cafe is quite large, and very clean, and even though it was busy the tables were cleared, and plenty of room. The cafe has a self clean service so you put your dirty pots on the tray holder. Noticed one of the assistants going round cleaning the empty tables. You can order food at the counter, the self order screen at the cafe entrance or even on the app.Staff were absolutely lovely, really helpful and friendly took time to explain how to download the Morrisons app on my phone so I could start collecting points straight away.We will definitely use again. We visited the cafe Sunday 4th June am & Wednesday 7th June midday.(At the moment children eat free with an adult meal. So a family of 4 could eat for £10 if you had breakfast. The menu has plenty of choice, saw a lot of people ordering the roast dinner which looked lovely. Think it was £7.85.)Kid-friendliness: Kid friendly menu, children eat free at the moment with an adult meal purchased, high chairs availableWheelchair accessibility: Wheelchairs and mobility scooters available in the foyer. Plenty of space in cafe to manoeuvre and disabled toilets at entrance to store

Had the fish and chips and the full breakfast. Fish and chips was a good portion and tasty. Full breakfast came with 2 sausages, bacon, egg, 2 hash browns, beans, toast, tomato and mushroom. Cooked well and I found it to be good value for money. Ordering was quick and easy and the food arrived promptly. The same lady that served us on the till also brought the food over and was very friendly.

Went into the cafe at around 1230pm to get an all day breakfast with a colleague whilst on break at work. Food was great but we weren't told about a long wait. We waited about 40 mins for two breakfasts. Not good.!

Strange unbalanced selection; three prison-grade sausages deepfried, two very small pieces of cheap bacon, two pieces of disinfectant-flavoured black-pudding, two huge hash browns, two huge flat mushrooms, a pot of baked beans and two peices of again deep fried bread. One nicely fried egg. Half a slimy cooked tomato. The oil used to fry the bread was clearly ages old and tasted bad. Poor value given the poor quality of some of the ingredients and unacceptably over-aged oil. More thought needed over the content too.

Staff service was okay, never eaten or shopped here before. Food was so bad, I think the chips had been cooked in fat that was days old, tasted of onions and the chips were hard and tasted vile. Fish fingers were greasy and that’s all you could taste…grease Never again……the shop was empty and the prices are so high…£2.69 for blue rubble bags….bought in Roy’s later on for £1.29 and are exactly the same. Unacceptable prices
