Their food is amazing, but the customer service is poor. I’ve been dozens of times, but in the past 6-8 months they have had long waits. If I phone in an order, they tell me it’ll be about 15ish minutes. But then I arrive at the time it’s supposed to be done and I usually have to wait even longer, as if I never phoned it in to begin with. My family and I have eaten takeaway from this restaurant, many times. I can honestly say, from my experience, that it is probably more Korean-inspired than actually just Korean, but don't let that stop you from trying.The food at Kim's Bulgogi, generally, is very delicious! You won't be disappointed, unless you were stationed in Korea and are trying to compare one-on-one. If you can accept the food for what it is, you are certain to enjoy it. Fantastic. The sweet chili chicken is some of the best food you can get here. They're always fast because of the way they have things set up. Great place to grab food from on lunch or on your way home from work.
