Their food is amazing, but the customer service is poor. I’ve been dozens of times, but in the past 6-8 months they have had long waits. If I phone in an order, they tell me it’ll be about 15ish minutes. But then I arrive at the time it’s supposed to be done and I usually have to wait even longer, as if I never phoned it in to begin with. There was once I waited 30 minutes on an order I had phoned in which was supposed to be done when I arrived. I’ve also had two times that the rice was not cooked through and crunchy, or the chicken barely had sauce on it making it super dry.

My family and I have eaten takeaway from this restaurant, many times. I can honestly say, from my experience, that it is probably more Korean-inspired than actually just Korean, but don't let that stop you from trying.The food at Kim's Bulgogi, generally, is very delicious! You won't be disappointed, unless you were stationed in Korea and are trying to compare one-on-one. If you can accept the food for what it is, you are certain to enjoy it. However, I do have a minor issue, worth note.The portion size of meat vs rice or meat vs noodles is highly inconsistent. This has caused me major disappointment and left me hungry, as the amount of meat that is given is dependent on the person working. it would seem there is no standard quantity, such as a specific amount of grams or measured out to determine a portion.As I have said, the place has really good food. If you haven't tried, I recommend that you give it a chance, just so long as you are aware that you could potentially be disappointed by the portion size of the meat.I highly recommend this establishment!

Phoned order through to be told it would be 45 minutes so we arrived and then had to queue for another 20 minutes to get to the counter and then given a ticket to wait another 25 minutes!!!! And when we finally got the food and got home the chicken was so dry and the rice was like cardboard....?

Really good sweet chili chicken!! A favorite. Teriyaki chicken and dumplings were on the salty side but the chili chicken makes up for it I guess

Fantastic. The sweet chili chicken is some of the best food you can get here. They're always fast because of the way they have things set up. Great place to grab food from on lunch or on your way home from work.

Very well seasoned, hot, and tasty! Surprised we have been twice and both times were amazing quality! Wings were spot on, and it’s hard to satisfy a Georgia boy with wings! I again am impressed, so please stop by and support the good food they are serving!

Over the past 4 years the food has gotten worse, the prices higher and the potions smaller. Not to mention the service has gone down hill. I called ahead to place an order, showed up at the time they said and proceeded to wait another 15 minutes to get my food which ended up being cold.

Food is great. Unfortunately their customer service is what makes it bad. Completely rude service and the lady with the fake eyelashes has an awful attitude. Kim's bulgogi, do not ignore customers and wait until they leave. Instead, tell them that you are going to close soon and you cannot make any more orders.Also, close the door if you are closed.

Really wanted to enjoy the food as we had been recommended it and so drove the 16 miles. The food was luke warm on collection and I think that’s because they keep in on a shelf and the food is open in bowls on the counter. We were on time so the food shouldn’t have been sat on the shelf long. We ordered the chilli chicken with rice having been told it was the best thing on the menu… The rice was sticky and mushy and the chicken was hard and chewy and not saucy at all. It looks nothing like the images. We also bumped into friends there who had also made the journey and asked their experience who said the same. Portions also pretty small in our opinion. It sounds like the food has changed from the reviews but sadly we won’t be making the trip again.

Not sure if it's because they opened a new place up and lost focus or there are new owners but.....not sure if I'll go back, best I learn to make it myself.

How is it that the blonde girl with the deep voice still works there ? She is super rude and cannot even crack a smile to save her life , at customers . I’ve went through the reviews on here and noticed I’m not the only one who has experienced this. she literally walks out the restaurant and sits in her car or hangs out in the parking lot everytime I come there, leaving nobody at the register at times … so I’m just there waiting while she’s on the phone or smoking a cigarette, and it’s not like anybody else comes out to the register either... everytime she’s working I always expect my meal to come out disappointing … she gives me OLD scraped from the very bottom RICE EVERYTIME … and cold chicken.
