Sadly didn't have food on when we visited but beer was great, place was clean and they let us leave a vehicle in the car park to be collected the next day. Proper pub, will be returning.

The service, atmosphere, and hygiene is one of the best out of all the pubs in Bungay.The staff behind the bar are lovely and friendly and there is loads of heaters in the outside smoking area too making it comfortable and warm in winter.

I had a great evening of drinks with my BroInLaw and his crazy farmer friends!One of the few pubs left in Bungay town.I usually judge a good pub based on how friendly the staff are, quality of the beer / ale, and the verity of bar snacks, this place has it all. I will be back!

A fine local, offering a warm welcome and serving (amongst others) a range of Bull of the Woods beers that are brewed just a couple of miles up the road. No regular food, though there are occasional BBQs during the summer, along with year round, well supported events, such as live music and quizzes. The pub comprises a comfortable bar area and a spacious, low maintenance garden, with outdoor heaters available for cooler weather.
