Pre booked 24 happy meals for 11.15 pickup and a 11.30 sit down at a children's birthday partyAt arrival at 11.15 staff had only just started making meals up finally handing over the meals at 11.40 .. on arrival at venue we found the orders not correct. Awful service no real explanation except "we are busy". No apology from management.WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS SERVICE

Waited in line for the driver through nearly 30 minutes. When I pulled up to the counter to pay, no one was there. The same thing happened to the man in front of me. They wanted me to park my car in the middle of the drive-through as there was no space available and walk to the previous window. She would not take payment at the 2nd window... defeats the purpose of a drive- though.

It was crazy busy when we were there, lady showed us how to order on machine, she was very helpful friendly & calm.Parking: Because it was so busy it was differcult topark, but would think that it would be adequate normally

The staff are amazing here we stop here every fortnight on our travels to London. There's always something for the little ones, the toilets are always clean, the service is quick and if we ever have an issue the staff are great at rectifying it.

Just waited ages for a simple hot chocolate got back on the road as couldn't try as it was like mount varsuvias when I was able to drink it, it was like dish water really weak chocolate this isn't the first
They were great food was hot and quick service despite being busy the staff worked hard keeping it all clean and tidy.

Our favourite Maccy D's stopping off on the way in/out of Norfolk for breakfast lunch or dinner. Really kind and courteous service, tables are always really clean.
