Unbelievably rude, aggressive, threatening and unprofessional member of staff - JoshIf pay at the pump isn't working then I'll be getting my petrol at Jet or Esso in Mildenhall.Edit: I already contacted Shell Head Office. Plus your link takes me directly to the Shell website where I've already been. Expect a call from someone regarding bringing the company into disrepute. It's a clause in your contract with Shell which can have serious repercussions for you.2nd Edit: Downloaded the Esso app and now buying from the Esso in Mildenhall.

i pulled into the garage to buy some food and drinks, 23/7 at 1.30 am, no one at the till which is fine as this is normally the time they stock up the shelves. completely understand, there was no bell to call anyone to the till at the night kiosk. so i knocked on the window but no one was coming, i tried to get someones attention no luck. i then thought if i lift a petrol pump someone might come. this worked. what happened after that was unbelievable. sinniah approached the till screwed up a piece of paper and threw it aggressively in the bin. surely the coffee machine could of waited 5 minutes, he then said any petrol goes through the pump you are paying for that. i said well i didn't need the petrol i was just trying to get your attention i wanted to buy something. i was then told over and over again you are paying for that i said what for? i want something from the shop. i had to lift the pump as you were not coming. another round of you pay, you pay.... i really didn't want to argue so i said don't worry i'll go somewhere else. i really hope i receive a debt letter for fuel because i will instruct lawyers to sue the business and all costs plus compensation will be recovered.

Very disappointed this morning, myself and my husband went to get fuel and some beverages. While I was getting the coffees my husband asked the lady behind the food counter can he toast the sandwich. The lady replied if you pay you can toast it,,,, f in a very rude tone . No,,,,, please can you pay first and then I’ll toast it. Also this lady was a manager , that’s how a manager acts, wearing a white shirt.We use this garage in so many occasions and never experience this problem.That lady behind the food counter need to go on a customer service course to learn how to speak to her customers.Very rude lady………

I had to stop by during a return journey in the area, visited both time to use the facilities during early morning and then in the afternoon.Excellent, clean & tidy.Staff were friendly with welcoming smile.Keep it up all time.:-)?

There is a McDonald's on site and if you don't fancy that then inside the shop there are some really nice pasties for sale. I would recommend the steak and ales pasty ...hmmm very delicious. There are also some vegetarian options.No or very little place for HGVs to stop.

I was charged twice for my £60.01 worth of diesel nearly a month ago and still waiting a response let alone a refund. Will not be using a shell station until this is sorted.

Prices as of 21.05.2022. Good location, lots of pumps. Reasonably priced petrol. Waitrose products in store.Handy as next door to McDonald's and you want a bite to eat.
