This has been the 2nd time they messed up my order so when I did go in and complain that my order was wrong they had the nerve to tell me I had to pay to get the items I wanted in the first place. All the staff at the counter are miserable and I never seen one of them crack a smile there is no customer service at all. I definitely won't be going there again even if its the last fish & chip shop in my area.

Haddock was huge... but undercooked and almost choking on the scales left behind, remember a few years ago used to order from there and got chips and a drink for about £10 now it's only the undercooked fish with a bunch of scales.
Prices are going up, up and up every time I visit. £4.40 for large chips. I was a regular, but now taking my business elsewhere.

Admittedly I arrived 30 min before closing but this was probably the worst fish and chips I’ve ever had. Soggy, undercooked chips; undercooked greasy batter. Awful
