Partner and I were both charged full price for what have been two eat in sandwich deal combos.I raised this with the cashier at the till who claimed that it was only baguettes which isn't true, both the signage indicated our mains (a chicken and bacon sandwich and potato bhajie salad) were applicable for the deal and our drinks didn't require an extra fee, this has never been a problem elsewhere. I think her coworker tried to tell her otherwise but either way she put it through at full price and seemed to do the same for several other people whilst we were still on site. The sandwich was dry though partner liked the salad.Would have asked to speak to a supervisor to get it corrected but didn't because it was during the lunch rush. I try not to be judgemental about service as someone in catering who has made their own mistakes, but this is absolutely something that my managers would have pulled me up for and retrained me through, especially in the cost of living crisis when extra pounds mean that much more.Vegetarian options: Greggs always has some veggie and vegan options,

A long standing town centre branch selling far more than bread and pies. This was a Baker's Oven for years and is before the Hill starts.

What you would expect from Greggs. Reasonable snack food at reasonable prices. This time a really good Mexican chicken flat bread.

Disappointed , cake selection was pitiful , used to be great . But the sausage rolls were upto standard , they do tend to favour savoury but I do like a nice cake occasionally .Diana

Good customer service and fresh food. The male staff member served us and willingly made fresh pizza slices when requested.
