Really Lovely Chicken Nuggets, super tasty and cooked well and was worth the wait. Queue was about 10-15 minutes due to being located on the pier. Chips were cooked well and you got a big portion for the money you pay for it. Super filling a perfect Lunch on a sunny beach day. I highly recommend this chippy, it is a little bit more pricey if you’re looking for getting fish. Highly recommend :)Parking: There’s parking along the Felixstowe Sea Front that’s free.Also there’s paid parking car parks as well.No pacific designated parking for Pier Fish Co.

On a very busy News Years Day, the staff were friendly, polite and cheery, giving extra waiting time advice to every customer, to avoid congeatation around the counter.We passed at 1.30 and again at 2.30, with very long queues. We joined a queue at around 3.15 and was served quickly, and waited about 8 mins for the order. We had Cod, sausage and chicken nuggets and chips, all were piping hot and delicious with crispy batter. Well done to all the staff on such a busy day, you all.did so well.

Can't fault them. I've had fish and chips here several times and each time it was delicious. Fish and chips really is a great combination and these guys always deliver. Very reasonable prices too.

The service was average. The staff didn't appear they wanted to be there.I ordered a piece of cod.The batter was horrendous ? Dripping in oil and tasteless. The fish itself was a nice texture, but sadly the batter destroyed it.I wouldn't recommend the cod.

Such a shame. Had some fab chips from here last week. Today was awful. I'm sure they were re heated chips. Had that taste and looked terrible. Nothing like the fluffy chips I had last week. Clearly the oil needed changing too. Grim.

Dear me... The worst ever fish and chips I had!!! Everything soaked in oil but raw inside, it came quick but quality is far far away from any self-respecting standards. Total waste of £12.40 for cod and chips and kids menu nuggets.... Please people, go else where!
