The staff were very friendly and professional. The rooms were adequately heated or cooled via air conditioning. The furniture were a bit worn and the carpet not vacuumed properly. Bathroom were clean with clean towels. Though the windows and lighting fixtures are all working; they were mismatched and the seals coming off the windows - RM 203. I did notice though that the stairwell smelled odd. Overall, I would recommend and also stay there again when visiting.

Friendly and helpful staff, great location, superb buffet breakfast and a nice big, clean room. Top marks all round. If anyone from Premier Inn reads this (?) the staff at this location are an absolute credit to your company. Reception was friendly, polite and helpful and the chef (breakfast next morning) was attentive and asked if we'd like anything cooked a different way etc. Very impressed indeed we were.

Comfortable stay, helpful staff. Very grateful to Harriet particularly, in helping me as I had trouble bookin at reception, much apreciated.

The room was a good size and so was the bathroom, the only down side to the stay was the air conditioning in the room kept recycling all of the air from the restaurant and there was smell in the room when returning and since being back we both have had sinus issues from the stay and there was not able to open a window to get fresh air in the room

Good clean room, friendly helpful staff and ample parking. Only negative, the whole floor in my room had creeking floorboards, including the bathroom - very off-putting.

Very warm friendly welcome. Clean spacious quiet room. Excellent breakfast on both mornings. Very civilised times for breakfast and checkout time was 12 noon. Sadly have one criticism when we came back to the room on the Saturday it hadn't been serviced. When I spoke to the guy on reception he said several rooms experienced the same problem. They are short staffed. Not good enough I'm afraid hence the lower score

Great location. Ample parking. Short walk to beach and prom. 20 minute walk to local town. Rooms clean. Only criticism is no opening window in the rooms

Perfect service - nothing was too much trouble. Rooms are standard for the brand. I'd prefer opening windows rather than low-powred air con here. Breakfast excellent, but no lunchtime food during our stay. 7 mins walk to the sea.

Clean and up to date rooms, helpful friendly staff. Good breakfast selection. The only problem is you can hear people walking around in the rooms above you.

Had a great stay, everything was as it should be. We needed an accessible room with wetroom. no problems with the room but the disabled parking was as far from the door as they could be. Staff were friendly and helpful, covering several roles

The hotel was very clean, the staff were very helpful and courteous which is very important within the hospitality sector. It was easy to find with good parking facilities so could not fault this in any way.

The hotel seems lovely, nice rooms, clean and staff seem nice. However, the room I was in 117, had a horrible buzzing sound coming from the ventilation shaft.I went to reception to discuss but they had gone, and not back until the morning. the only staff member I could find at 11.02pm, whilst being very apologetic and a nice guy, said there wasn’t anyone who could help and there weren’t any free rooms. He suggested I speak with reception in the morning for some form of compensation as ‘LOTS OF PEOPLE MENTION THAT’.I would leave the hotel before reception were back on in the morning, and I’m not sure what compensation can help for a night of no sleep before an early filming gig.I wouldn’t mind so much, but to hear it’s a regularly raised complaint tells me it should already have been fixed, or the room itself not booked out.Not happy.
