Went to collect and was advised they hadn’t even started the pizzas yet and there was another 45 minutes wait on top of the twenty I waited before I collected. Then asked for a refund for the money I’d paid which they said would take 3-5 days to come back to me which meant I’m now out of pocket and have no food

Nearly got run over just now, 5.30pm, by one of your delivery cars, AY64 AER, small red car, driven by an obnoxious blonde Karen. She didn't stop to let the oncoming cars past first and told me I should've "jumped onto the grass verge". There are not many pavements where I live and at my age and poor physical condition I shouldn't be expected to jump anywhere. She had the audacity to stop and shout at me to tell me there are laws about passing cyclists on the road but not pedestrians. Your company needs to make your drivers aware of the highway code
