Every branch I go to, I can choose what to put in my sandwich or not, but here, without my asking, they put whatever is written in the menu and they don’t change it.Even though I said that too much cheese makes me sick, she said that I can't change or reduce it.

Regularly visit here, it's not the easiest place to park near, but there is a car park nearby. The outside area could do with some TLC. Staff are polite, not very chatty though! But then I'm a chatterbox. We have never had a bad experience with the food, it is always perfect. The interior could do with brightening up a bit as it's looking quite dull.Kid-friendliness: Staff are polite, possibly due to most being young they smile n serve.

How has subway gone this far down hill havent been for a few Months and it’s completely changed can only remove one item from there fixed range of subs guy on the counter was scruffy and taking phone calls on his personal phone while doing the sandwich this can’t be right? Food was become average and the options for choice. After this experience I probably won’t be using subway again.

Went in while it was quiet to get some lunch place looks run down amd all the tables are dirty no cleaning being done staff just standing out back talkingDrinks machine is out of order so forced to get a bottled drink asked if I still have to pay the extra for bottle as its not our fault the machine is broken we was still charged for a choice that we didn't want food wasn't great certainly not worth the inflated prices

Been in to grab my lunch after about 6 months of not being in after being a regular customer for many years. Last June there was a refurbishment and no drinks machine, there still isn't! So you're having to pay more for a bottle of drink if you fancy one.The woman that served me, and only me in the shop took ages to even walk over to me and that proceeded to just stare at me. No conversation or politeness at all. The customer service used to be amazing. I asked for teriyaki chicken, which they apparently no longer do so she scooped out chicken breast and rubbed in sauce from the counter.She didn't ask about me wanting the meat warm or cold so I asked if that could be done, she then scooped my chicken off of the paper and straight onto the oven tray.When doing my salad I got enough lettuce for a family of four but then had to ask for extra everything else as to start off with I got a generous helping of 4 bits of cucumber. I wasn't spoken to once, just stared at the whole process.The lettuce is old and limp but tasted okay overall it's just the sad customer service!

Visits are variable... some good, some bad. Today was poor... service not particularly friendly. Preparation hurried. Replenishment of napkins unchecked. Shame... as it's by and large, my favourite fast food eatery.
