Great store, staff seem polite, however i wish they would man up and kick the kids out that just loiter about inside the store most evenings, not eating or drinking anything, just getting in the way and making a ton of noise
Usually have better experiences! But obviously they were having a bad day. Staff are hit and miss, you'll either get the friendliest person ever to serve you or you'll get someone who couldn't care less! There is no in between! My most recent visit though was a bit of a disaster, no hearty Italian bread, no wraps, no sweetcorn, no cucumber and the hot drink machine was broken. As I said, I think it was a bad day, would have been made better I'm sure if they had one of their decent...read full review

Regularly visit here, it's not the easiest place to park near, but there is a car park nearby. The outside area could do with some TLC. Staff are polite, not very chatty though! But then I'm a chatterbox. We have never had a bad experience with the food, it is always perfect. The interior could do with brightening up a bit as it's looking quite dull.Kid-friendliness: Staff are polite, possibly due to most being young they smile n serve.
