Nothing wrong with the food or coffee but the waitress was just extremely rude, told us off because she thought we were sitting at the table without having ordered anything (we actually had) and didn’t even give us the time to explain ourselves

Always love Cafe Nero (though their chocolate fudge cake gets sold out quite often ), staff are friendly, only downside is if you choose to sit in, the tables are often not cleaned/cleared so you may have to clean a table to get a seat.

Too hot today and no air conditioning on. When I asked why: "Because it doesn't work with the doors open." Then close the doors!!! They really couldn't have cared less. I should have left, but in the end I sat outside. Not good!
