I have been ordering pizza from here for years and it has always been OK. Today I went into the shop and stood for 5 minutes waiting to at least be acknowledged, a member of staff was making a pizza he knew we were there but totally ignored us. Eventually another man came, he was eating and licking his fingers ? and looked filthy, he also ignored us. After seeing the state of the staff we decided to go next door to Chicago pizza. The staff were friendly and the food was amazing. So if your looking for good food served by friendly clean staff then avoid City Express!!!

Horrified isn't the wordI asked for the burgers to be well done. They came and look like they had been boiled.. rankI asked for salad in both burgers.. one burger has 1 slice of cucumberStaff on the phone were polite and sent out replacements let's hope the burgers are not still (moo ing)

Asked for a large pepperoni pizza, instead got someone elses medium pizza with different toppings like: mushrooms, chicken, im not sure but minced ham or some meat. I clearly did not ask for this. I waited 1/5 hours for this as well.

BEST pizza place in IPSWICH very good meal deals always look after me always. on time never late and the food taste absolutely insane well how are you recommend to anybody who is hungry like me 24/7 ??♂️

If you are in town want a large pizza for little money I can't think of anywhere better! The staff are helpful and the prices are incredibly cheap!! I do think if they put more sauce and toppings on would be so much better.... The price really is cheap so it is to be expected I really rate this establishment for a cheap take home pizza!
