Constant mistakes on orders, really gone downhill.Update: Had the joy of watching a member of staff scratch her bottom and then carry on making food without washing her hands, make a cigarette on the food counter, and then carry on making and preparing food with a cigarette hanging out of her mouth. Ordered for delivery and part of the order is wrong. Just Eat say phone the store and the store don't bother answering their phone. So now I'm stuck with the wrong food and no way to rectify it.

Apparently a toaster for your wraps is not something they need to state when buying your food, there not that nice not toasted and 6th time now, will never use them

Went to the drive-thru. Didn't quite understand the young male on the end of the food order but he took my order eventually. Then went through paid my money. Got me food and left ,sat in the car park enjoying it. Overall. A nice experience for the first
I'd seriously consider dropping the words 'dipping bucket' if your going send it to me with absolutely no dipping sauces. Very disappointing.

The food was foul! Please excuse the pun!I mean, even barbecue beans had been overcooked so much that they had dried and split, the chicken was absolutely gross, and the fries were old, you could taste they had been sitting around.I only came to KFC because I had one in Bury Saint Edmunds a few days ago and it was absolutely amazing, so I thought I’m not gonna miss out on this opportunity to visit another KFC branch.However it most certainly wasn’t an opportunityVery sad, most definitely let down.
