Seems a pattern that whenever we get an order, something is always missing!! And we have to wait for it to be sorted, making our food cold.Appears a lack of experience in customer service for some of the staff. Some are not proactive when having to solve a problem.

What a great KFC! We came on Saturday lunch time and wasn't too busy. Our food was served by friendly staff, hot, and it was so quick! Amazed how quick it was so if this is normal then really is fast food!
