Great food, amazing ambiance, great selection of drinks. Mahzen is a gem in Ipswich. We parked at Duke St car park which was a 2 minute walk away from the restaurant.Highly recommend the chicken pirzola and the lamb shish. Huge portions too!

Lovely Turkish grub.. very large portion as well.. we got the £24.95 mixed platter and also Humus which was enough for 2 people.. great taste, great service and the waitress was very helpful as well.. would definitely recommend.

We took dad to mahzen for his 70th birthday food was amazing staff were amazing and the atmosphere was the best, we sung happy birthday and the whole restaurant applauded him which was very moving as we almost lost dad to a heart attack in aug 2023! Thank you for a great evening, we travelled from London to Ipswich for the night too! Highly recommend this restaurant!Vegetarian options: Great optionsKid-friendliness: Very child friendly which helped.

We went to Mahzen last night and we were a large group. I can't recommend this restaurant enough from start to finish the experience was fantastic. The food was incredible huge portions and a wide variety. The service was also very good! Considering we were a large group everything ran smoothly we didn't have to wait for long periods they are a very organised team.

I came here a few weeks ago with my work team. I had the swordfish, it was amazing! Lots of choice on the menu. Cater well for those who are gluten free/vegan as well!
