Really cool place, interesting decorations and immersive atmosphere, however for the prices the portions are really quite small. My partner had a burger which he says was amazing. I had the barbecue jackfruit loaded fries (£9.90), ordered a large as I was having it as a main, but the portion was disappointing to say the least. Food was amazing and the service was really good. Unfortunately we went during Xmas party time so it was very noisy. Blue Light discount was declined as it was "the wrong time" - Not sure what this meant. They also have a poor choice of desserts for this time of year.
The forge kitchen is a modern bar/restaurant with a really quirky and unique aesthetic. It has a nearly steampunk/industrial vibe and the food is really solid.I was here for a work event and so couldn't look through the whole menu but what I did have was delicious.The Vegan Big Jack was really tasty.
