Do not order delivery from this restaurant. I ordered on the McDonald’s delivery app for me and my daughter. My burger was missing from the delivery. McDonald’s said ‘ring Uber’. Uber said ‘no refunds’. I’m not happy, and also still hungry. Outrageously poor experience.UPDATE - I complained via Twitter and got sent some vouchers, which I think is a reasonable result.

Definitely looks like advertised wrap. Half empty wrap. Never again. I have tried to return it, was send to hell, that everything is Top perfect, that what I complained about is just new normal for 8-9 pound a meal.

Terrible experience. The food was cold and soggy; not fresh at all. I had to wait 25 minutes for my food. The service was a joke as the employees were rude and so was the manager. The atmosphere wasn't great as they were people arguing inside the restaurant. Wouldn't return or go here ever again.

I went in on Saturday around the midday rush but despite it being packed inside I had 2 lovely members of staff, Tom (working on handing out orders) and Frankie (shift manager) who made the experience a lot less stressful so thank you. Great customer service!!

Disgusting attitude from one of the male employees. I didn’t know it was closing time and as soon as I ago to step into the joint I was approached and told “‘no. We’re closed” with a horrible attitude continuing to shut the door in my face. I was left shocked and disrespected. A simple “I’m sorry we’re closed now.” Would’ve been fine. Please your staff some lessons in good customer service.

Ordered breakfast for 3 people. Delivery driver turned up with 2 bags of drinks. The mistake was mcdonalds as the receipt on the bag is our order.
