Bought a caramel frappe(thinking it would be like a Costa one,where you add coffee)...daughter tried it-I had bought it for her-& she said it tastes funny. Sure enough it tasted of coffee.I talked to the manager who insisted it was coffee-flavoured. The place is one of the few fast food shops with a good and specious ambiance in the town center. Food quality is decent and service is top notch. At times it gets crowded but 3 storied building helps to maintain the atmosphere.

I went in on Saturday around the midday rush but despite it being packed inside I had 2 lovely members of staff, Tom (working on handing out orders) and Frankie (shift manager) who made the experience a lot less stressful so thank you. Great customer service!!
