I'm very ashamed. Always loved this place and even told other people to go here. And because you guys didn't make sure your drives knew the area well. Or what side of the road to drive on! He crashed into my boyfriends car coz he was on the wrong side of the road. And didn't want to pay for the damage he did to our car. And told his insurance that he wasn't at fault.... and now we have a bashed up car. That he was gonna use to start his job this week. Idc if he isn't working there anymore. It still happened on your shift time... its not an expensive fix. We are homeless. Trying to get our life back on track. And if your driver doesn't pay to get it fixed. Coz he said he works at his uncles place. I think the decent thing to do it pay for a new bumper and hood.I also have a very big following on social media. And I don't mind sharing my experience with your driver to my followers. And ill be making my way to in store if I don't hear from you.......

Ordered 3 times from here as recently moved to the area.. Every time i get 2 large cod and chips from deal 6 for £14 and they always charge me sperate for them so it comes to £18 instead... Wont be ordering again as they have done it 3 times now.

We had a deilevery as many times b4.unfortunately this time it fell short of usual high quality.chips were unusually hard.and batter on dads plaice way to thick.spoilt quality of fish.very unusual hopefully rectified back to high standard next time.with batter not so thick.and chips not as hard.just little disappointed this

Was travelling through and thought we would stop for some fresh fish and chips. Ordered rock and chips as it’s hard to find but was very dissatisfied. Fish was not fresh, very smelly and staff miserable.
