We came in a couple of weeks ago for the first time after a recommendation from my mum. Unfortunately no skate due to sourcing issues with the supplier and they didnt want to skimp on quality so removed it from the menu, I respect this move very much! Instead we had the Cod, holy moly! Absolutely delicious and mahooooosive! We had the medium which we of course demolished, neither of us could move for about an hour so don'torder if you have somewhere to be after phahaha! We also got given some samples of the pies and battered sausages which were also amazing and a bottle of coke! Everyone was extremely friendly and the owner was telling us about the history of the business and all the awards they have won, which made the waiting time feel like nothing. Thank you for the amazing meal guys, we will be raving to everyone about you and we will be back for more for sure! GET DOWN THERE!!!!

WOW!!!! ?Just had an Amazing Takeaway.?
Food was full of flavor. Nice and piping hot when it arrived. Me and the family had a feast. The starters was fabulous along with the poppadoms and chutneys. The Lamb shank was so tender and full of flavor. King Prawn and Chicken dishes was fantastic. The nans were so fresh and tasty. We are staying in a caravan site in lowestoft. So we ordered a delivery. The staff were so helpful and friendly. Definitely worth trying and the price were very decent. The portions were big. Definitely will be back. A Big Thank you to Lowestoft Tandoori.❤️??

Lovely chippy. Delicious food. Can make gluten free batter for the fish on request. The only thing that would make this better is if the sausages were gluten free. They sell Seppings sausages and Seppings do make GF sausages so it is possible. Then we would come more often as we prefer sausages to fish. Otherwise a lovely clean and friendly restaurant with good portions and delicious food.

Another visit to the Oddfellows Arms in Pakefield, another visit enjoyed. Although there were no actual vegetarian options, I adapted the ham, egg and chips and had no ham, obvs! Well cooked and presented. The range of real ales certainly whet the tastebuds. I chose, after asking to sample a guest ale, Nightingale, a palatable amber brew. A friendly, local, with the option of sitting on the green overlooking the sea. Dog friendly and sensible prices. Worth a visit if in Pakefield.

Great food,we had lunch there,chose the saver menu, starter had ribs,had around 6 and were delicious,main had steak&kidney pudding,not had one in years,with chips and mushy peas,was also delicious £14.95 great value.
Staff we're friendly and polite, restaurant was very clean.

Wow, what an gorgeous find this place is.
From the point you walk in the door you're transported to a bygone age and the hospitality begins.
The ladies are absolutely fantastic and attentive.
The food is amazing and on this occasion we had the Afternoon tea. Everything is made on site and the taste will blow your socks off.
The sausage rolls are just a combination of mouthwatering madness and utter yumminess. The sandwiches are mesmerising made from home made bread and contains local produce.
The Scones with Jam and Clotted Cream are literally to die for.
The cakes are so fantastic, you will dribble at the sight of them, have a taste and your socks will blow off again.
The side pastries are a beautiful bonus and with all of this was an amazing pot of real tea that glued this whole mind-blowing extravaganza together.
Thank you for making our few days special.

Every now and then I have a full English breakfast. Today I stayed local googled to see who was doing breakfasts. I like breakfast at breakfast time not when a cafe decides to open at 10am. These people open early enough to qualify. On arrival I was greeted by a staff member, first impression was a clean establishment with an open as such kitchen. I ordered a coffee and breakfast, toast all in for under a tenner. Service was good the coffee was good as was the breakfast. I would return, don’t know when, would I recommend, yes.

I came back for fish and chips where we went when I was a child in the 60s and 70s during stays with my grandparents. The haddock was so fresh, in fact the best I ever had. Chips were crispy. The service was super friendly. If I could give 10 stars I would.

No other take away in Lowestoft compares.
I don't usually like chips from a takeaway as most of the time they are a soggy mess. The chips your serve are incredible. Crispy, perfectly seasoned and you get loads.
The Mac and cheese is so creaming and the right consistency and my partner said your pizza is better than dominos. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

MASSIVE THANKS. We had a brilliant night last night presenting our karaoke event. The people were fantastic, so friendly and welcoming. It's a crazy fun atmosphere of the right kind.
