Katie, the barista, consistently delivers exceptional service every time I visit. Her friendly attitude and attention to detail make each visit enjoyable. Thank you, Katie, for making my experiences delightful!

Before the intro of the drive through this used to be a nice break from stomping around shops now however (this is something I have noticed elsewhere too) the staff concentrate too much on the drive through and not enough time on the que in the shop, there were 4 people in front of me and it took 20 mins to get served and noted that cars were whizzing through the drive through. There was very little selection of food, so decided to take my food order to Gregg's next door where I got what I wanted. In my opinion Costa coffee has changed for the worse since being sold to Coca Cola.

I really like the new layout. Busier than before the addition of the drive-through but to be expected meaning a bit of a wait for counter service but does not detract from the friendly service, good coffee and selection of food.Got my vote as a good place to go.

Love the new layout, and the service from Kerrie (and co.) was fab! She was incredibly lovely and bubbly, and my drink order had been put through incorrectly but it was immediately fixed by the guys without me needing to say a thing and despite how busy the shop is. Very chuffed!

After shopping we always pop into Costa coffee on the North Quay, Lowestoft. Now they are building a new drive through as well as revamping the inside. Looking forward to the reopening.Parking: The shopping area is very popular.

Costa Coffee in Lowestoft High Street is our local coffee shop for meeting family and friends. We usually visit twice a week and always enjoy our time there. The Manager Grace and all the ladies there are friendly and efficient. We always get top class service from all. Over time we have been helped by either Grace, Terri, Faith, Stacey, Amie or Sophia. Apologies if I have missed any out. All staff members are great.

A bit disappointed. Decided to try the new Bubble Tea, but the straws aren't big enough to suck up the bubbles, which is half of the experience of drinking Bubble Tea. Bit of a shame

Highly overrated and well overpriced. If it was my choice I wouldn't have gone there.
Apparently under new management now. Great coffee and pastries, friendly and efficient staff, convenient location. Highly recommended.

Popped into Costa in town for a coffee. The service was exceptional. The lady's name was Faith. Just want to say thanks so much. Faith was welcoming, polite, friendly and helpful. It looked like she was working on her own? Is that legal? Anyway thanks Faith, you are amazing

Good chain coffee shop. Bit more expensive but good ain't too shabby. Easy enough to get a seat but can be very busy inside. Tables weren't the cleanest.
Always friendly staff.
