Been here a few times when I visit Lowestoft. My partner used to come here a lot when it was called Alan's back in the day. She said it has changed a lot and I really like it the interior it is very contemporary and stylish. The food when I have visited has always been good and decent portions. There are different offers on for example three courses for £13 or two for £9.95 and an eat as much ribs as you like for £16.95 or £11.95 on a Monday as well as their normal number. This variation helps to keep people coming through the door as it was pretty busy for a Tuesday afternoon. Would recommend thus place to anybody and everybody.

Nice food at a very reasonable price.Parking: Limited parking at the Iconic. Best parking is probably the Car park near the Dunelm store.

First time eating at Iconic. The place was quite dark inside, so I needed my phone torch to read the menu. Choice of food excellent, and prices reasonable. The food itself was delicious and very generous portions. My drink was also free as I chose a meal from the grill section. Only down side was the toilets were downstairs, with my poorly knees I couldn't use them as I couldn't get to them. I will definitely be going back though and hope the public loos opposite are open ?Parking: Plenty of parking in the public car park by the Royal Green. This was free after 6pm . This is a very short walk away from Iconic. Also free parking on the roadside if you are lucky enough to get a space.

Went there with my friend. Got seated in quite an awkward place, next to a group who were on bar stools sitting a few feet higher than us. On the other side of us were two other small tables. The area felt a bit cramped, and we couldn't really admire any of the decor as our view was blocked in almost all directions. On top of that, we both noticed that the music playing didn't really match the vibe of the restaurant, playing mostly old 90's ballads that you would find at some pub karaoke and then some random other mismatched songs from the likes of Snow Patrol, Coldplay and Red Hot Chilli Peppers! Some good songs, but totally out of place in what is supposed to be a flashy restaurant & bar with a modern aesthetic.Otherwise, everything from the food to the service was very satisfactory! We had the lamb shank and the veggie burger, and the portions were generous, and the food itself delicious!
Another place we went with friends for a my birthday meal, not been in a while and as it was central & plenty of parking (after 6pm free in main car park)The staff were very good to us and there was plenty of them this time. The place is done differently inside and pretty cool as the children loved it.The food is on a massive scale & you get so much of it for your money!!Well worth the trip visit if you’re a big eater also smaller plates available too..The menu is mainly meat yet plenty of other options too. They have high stool and tables so if you wish for a table then book for a table.Another place we will are going back to very soon with other family & friends.Parking: Some parking outside however not much yet there is plenty of parking a short walk and is free after 6pm but don’t know how much before this???
