So salty it was barely edible. I don't understand what's changed? The new chips aren't too bad but very powdered. The chicken batter was very dark and we could barely eat 2 bits of chicken each due to how salty it was. Staff are always lovely but the food is awful it must be a new recipe or something. Definitely will not be having kfc again.

We opted for drive through and got the gravy bucket special.Staff are friendly and instead of a window where you collect they bring it out to you.Which was a new experience, which I think adds a little special care to their service.

Ordered Xmas special burger. Was good - hot, fresh and tasty. Staff polite as usual. Seems to be a restaurant of two halves - during the day, excellent. In the evening/night, poor. Slow, slow, slow and poor food quality. Go during the day, you'll enjoy it more.

Got there at 22.00 waited 30mins hubby went in to see where are order was and there was a bag on the side which they added something to, took it home stone cold! Rung them straight away no answer, so next day rung no answer so hubby went back to store to tell them and was told without yhe food they wouldn't do anything even though had the receipt! A rude girl who was assistant manage honestly, she looked like she couldn't mange to serve let along manage the store.

The restaurant was very dirty, food all over the place. Rubbish on all tables. Food came out and we'll just to top it off food was cold, manager didn't care asked for a refund didn't even get a sorry. Manager came out with food all over her clothes where she had been eating out the back. Before I left thought I would use the toilet well if you like water sports this is your place piss all over the floor, in my advice stay clear of this place with all your might.....

Got to be the slowest fast food takeaway in Lowestoft, waited 10 minutes for them to Serve me and another 20 minutes for the food to arrive. The restaurant was not busy and I wasn’t the only one with this predicament. Everyone suffered the same who entered.

The food is great but the service is slow, even when its not busy you can wait for up to 15 minutes if it's busy you're waiting up to and beyond an hour
The chips were shockingly cooked. Chicken was fine but had many bones. Staff OK. Poor value however compared to the often excellent food at a Wetherspoons. There is one near the Lowestoft railway station.

Food wasn’t bad at all. The servers seemed a little disinterested. The don’t do ice creams which fascinated me given the location but maybe that was due to the competition.. Who knows. Can’t really go wrong with fried chicken, or can you? I’d go back but I wouldn’t go out of my way to go back ??♂️
